A client just called me crying.. she bought a house up north with an agent I DID NOT recommend.

I told her I could partner with an agent I trust there but she insisted she had it under control.

She bought the house site unseen besides some pictures and videos. The agent told her it was a single family house.

She closed on it and when she went to move in the previous owner and agents failed to disclose that they added walls and doors and turned it into a triplex (3 unit apartment). All of the paperwork says single family single dwelling. She’s lost, confused and wished she would of just let me help her out.
